Patrik aims at a second straight win at the final round of the PWRC championship in Rally Wales GB
Patrik Flodin is in Wales to take on the final round of the his years PWRC Championship. Unfortunately his ordinary co-driver Göran Bergsten could not make it this time so instead Patrik will be driving with a co-driver from Finland. His name is Timo Alanne and has been driving with amongst others Anton Alen in the earlier Championships.

During the beginning of the week all the cars has been out writing their own pacenotes in Wales.
-“The co-operation with Timo is working great. Having the notes told in a mix of Finnish and Swedish will be interesting” Patrik jokes.

The rally consists of a total of 23 specialstages that together is 358,59 km if we count the transport it will be in total 1 883,73 km. It all begins with three special stages on Thursday 3.38pm Swedish time.
-“ The first two stages are tarmac stages alongside the coast” Patrik tells us “but after that it is all gravel”.

It has rained a lot in wales this fall:
-“This event is rather muddy but I think it will be worse than usually this year” Patrik says.

Patrik is really looking forward to this event after the victory in Spain:
-“ It will be great to be back on gravel again. The goal is to go out and win this round as well”

Before the Rally starts a shakedown will be run:
-“ We will run it slowly just one turn to save the car for the real competition” Patrik ends up.
