Patrik Flodin and Göran Bergsten will do their first start together in WRC during the World Championship Rally Sardinia 5-8 May. They will start together with the Italian Grifone team in a Mini-WRC car.
- “The Mini is a new car and it will be the first time that the car does an World Championship event. Our goal is to find the speed and to accomplish stage times that are equal to the manufacturer drivers Dani Sordo and Kris Meeke” Patrik says.

This will be the first time that Patrik and Göran does an WRC-event together. It will be the first time Patrik does an international WRC event. Göran on the other hand has done several seasons with Thomas Shie and they made several great events both in the Norwegian championship and in the world championship.
- “We won the Norwegian championship in 2005 and 2006 and came in second 2007” says Göran.

Patrik meet the team last week and had the opportunity to drive the car a little:
- “My first impression of the car was that it is really small, light and easy to drive. But before we start we will do a real test” says Patrik.

Both Patrik and Göran is looking forward to the start with the WRC-mini in the beginning of may.
- “It will be great fun and I am really looking forward to it” says Patrik.
