We are in the middle of the final round of the
P-WRC championship Rally Wales GB. An event were
Patrik and Göran has shown the competition
who's in charge. They have been beating up the
competition badly by winning six stages out of
seven. They won all the stages from one to six
in a row and were leading with 1:17,0 minutes
before the last stage.
But on the last stage for the day they were just
unlucky hitting a small stone.
-" 10 meters into the stage their was a tiny
small rock. When we drove over it the tie rod
broke. I guess that we had damaged it on the stage
before because the roads are not in mint conditions.
Normally a rock like this should never do any
harm. Now we had to drive really slow and lost
a lot of time." says Patrik.
They lost almost 2 minutes but it doesn´t
seem to worry Patrik, or Goran for that matter:
-"It is nothing to cry over" says Göran
"We will just go for attack tomorrow".
-" We will take it back. Tomorrow is going
to be a great day" says Patrik with confidence.
