he last day of rally germany consisted of 5 stages
and one super special stage. Patriks goal
for the day was to stay third and finnish the
rally. They had to much time up to second place
and a couple of minutes down to forth so it was
just about driving true the stages without doing
any mistakes. The day passed without issues except
on the second last stage when gear lever broke
off.
- We just had a small stick to use to change
gear and we couldn´t use fifth and reverse.
So it was lucky that the margin down to forth
place was so big. Patrik managed to complete the
last stage as well and finished third.
-I am really pleased with being on the podium
the team as made a great job. I lost a bit to
much time but over all the result is great for
the rest of the championship. Now I just need
to go to Japan and England to collect as many
points as possible Patrik smiles.
