After two days fight on the extremely fast roads
Patrik finished third. He gave 100% but the Mitsubishis
have more engine power and when the roads are
this fast it makes a different. Some stages was
a bit more tricky with sharper bends and then
the power advantage was gone, but they were too
few this time.
This was the first time on Russian soil when Patrik
didn´t finish on top of the podium.
“A different feeling I knew it was going
to be hard this time, but we will be back for
a new victory next round” says Patrik.
Evgeny Novikov won the rally, Andrey Zhigunov
came in second 9,6 sec later. Patrik ended up
third 41,7 sec behind the leader.
